Returns
Within the EU, you can return any order* within 14 days (14-day cooling-off period) without providing a reason, and you will receive a full refund, inclusive of the shipping cost to an EU destination.
Beyond the initial 14 days, you may typically request a partial or potentially full refund. Our return policy spans 30 days, accounting for holidays. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases after 14-day cooling-off period.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
The seller will cover the cost of return postage only if the item is damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.
For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for returning the product at their expense.

United KingdomI heard about the Cafec papers on The Real Spromethius YouTube channel. I could only find suppliers in the US but Kohiraifu very kindly arranged a special shipment to the UK, even though the pandemic meant their usual UK courier was out of action. I've found having these papers opens a whole world of experimental possibilities. I got the Cafec flower and trapezoid drippers, the roast level conical papers, the trapezoid papers and some Abaca conical papers. Combined with my existing unbleached and standard Hario bleached papers I have 3 drippers x 7 filter paper types x as many recipes as you can think of. Absolutely fascinating. The Cafec roast level papers definitely make a difference, improving results for all roast levels I have. I've also been experimenting with the Osmotic Flow method as described by Cafec and that brings out even more possibilities. Very satisfied.
United KingdomFilters work well, draw down times seem to be increased from regular filters but the coffee is still good.
AustriaI brewed the best dark roast coffees using these filters! especially the dark roast produces rounded flavors that a regular V60 paper can not produce (no matter from which factory).
