For orders placed outside of the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom), the prices listed are exclusive of VAT. The Brexit Transition Period officially ended on December 31, 2020, resulting in new regulations governing sales between the United Kingdom and the European Union as of January 1, 2021. Returns

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days, which includes holidays. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

The seller is responsible for covering the cost of return postage only if the item was damaged, faulty, or does not match the listing description. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items like food and coffee beans.
