Daily Coffee Ritual - Recipe for Cafec Arita Ware Trapezoid Dripper 101
Hey there, coffee lovers! It's been a minute since I last shared a recipe using the dripper Cafec Trapezoid 101. Today, I'm thrilled to be back in the kitchen, fuelled by some amazing coffee from Blommers Coffee. Join me as I take this new brew for a spin with my trusty little dripper. Let's see what deliciousness awaits!
Recipe of the day
- Coffee grounds: 15g
- Colombia - Monteblanco (Cold Washed)
- Water: 240cc
- Grinding Size: Medium Coarse
- Brewing Temperature: 87°C
Equipment
- Cafec Trapezoid 101
- Abaca Paper Filter 101
- K-Ultra
- Cafec Tritan Coffee Server
- Brewista Artisan Gooseneck Variable Kettle
Brewing Steps
- Bloom: Pour 30cc water over the coffee grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- 1st Pour: In a fast oval motion with a swirl, pour 60cc water within 20 seconds.
- 2nd Pour: Pour 60cc water in a slow oval motion, focusing around the centre, and complete the pour within 30 seconds.
- Final Pour: Fill it up (avoid agitation), adding 100cc of water within 30 seconds.
