Returns
Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days, which includes holidays. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
The seller is responsible for covering the cost of return postage only if the item was damaged, faulty, or does not match the listing description. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense.

After accidentally being sent slightly the wrong colour Origami Dripper, I emailed Kohiraifu back to inform them with a photo to prove and they extremely kindly just sent a replacement of the correct colour straight away. Even got it before Christmas! Couldn't recommend a better moral compass at heart more!

I received the Navy origami dripper as a Christmas gift this year. Inside the box was a lovely hand written note from the Kohiraifu team, thanking us for supporting their business, and wishing us a merry Christmas. It was a lovely, personal touch. The dripper itself is fantastic, and I have been told the delivery was very quick into the UK. I would highly recommend both the dripper and Kohiraifu.
