How to brew with Hario Switch?
To brew a perfect cup, you'll need freshly ground high-quality coffee, a filter, a serving vessel or cup, and a scale. Simply place the filter into the dripper, position it over your server, and start the infusion process. In just two minutes, you’ll have a delicious, expertly brewed coffee ready to enjoy.

Since our founding in 1921, HARIO has been committed to the design, production, and sale of high-quality heatproof glass. We are the only manufacturer in Japan that produces heatproof glass in our own factory.
Originally specializing in laboratory glassware, HARIO expanded into household products in 1948, beginning with the coffee siphon. In 1980, we further diversified by manufacturing automotive headlight lenses. Today, our product range includes everything from microwave-safe kitchenware and coffee and tea accessories, to aromatherapy and pet products.
The name HARIO is derived from the Japanese words for glass (玻璃, "hari") and king (王, "ō"), reflecting our goal to be recognized as the world’s leading glass manufacturer.
Shipping
Please note that our shipping days are limited to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays which fall on Saturday and Sunday.
For orders placed outside of the European Union, the prices listed are exclusive of VAT. The Brexit Transition Period officially ended on December 31, 2020, resulting in new regulations governing sales between the United Kingdom and the European Union as of January 1, 2021. The United Kingdom is no longer considered part of the EU region, and therefore, orders from the UK will be subject to pricing exclusive of VAT.

Returns
Within the EU, you can return any order* within 14 days (14-day cooling-off period) without providing a reason, and you will receive a full refund, inclusive of the shipping cost to an EU destination.
Beyond the initial 14 days, you may typically request a partial or potentially full refund. Our return policy spans 30 days, accounting for holidays. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases after 14-day cooling-off period.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
The seller will cover the cost of return postage only if the item is damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.
For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for returning the product at their expense.
Kindly note that certain goods, such as perishable items like food and coffee beans, are exempt from return.
