Finca Campo Hermoso is situated in the Quindío department and is known for producing high-quality, innovative coffees that have been featured in competitions worldwide. Edwin Noreña, a third-generation farmer with over 20 years of experience, is also a Q grader and agroindustrial engineer. He has revolutionized the coffee production model, leveraging his expertise in processing to enter the specialty coffee market. Edwin is one of many small-scale producers involved in the Santuario Project, which focuses on selecting exceptional lots from its partners and collaborating with international clients to create outstanding results.
As part of the Santuario Project, Edwin collaborates with other small, dedicated producers who select and perfect exceptional lots. Together, they work with international clients to create truly remarkable and beautiful coffee experiences.
Processing
After fermentation, the cherries are spread out on raised beds to dry for 22-24 days, until the moisture content reaches 10.5%. Finally, the coffee is stored in GrainPro bags for an average of 2 months to stabilize before milling.
Taste Profile
A refined and sophisticated profile—light and refreshing, yet with a structured backbone from the black tea. The floral aromas make it feel ethereal, while the star fruit brings a juicy vibrance, and the tea provides a smooth, lingering finish.

Brew Guide
We highly recommend trying this coffee with the Flower Dripper, using either Abaca Paper or Medium Dark Roast Paper Filter, to fully explore its unique flavour spectrum.
- Coffee: 18 grams (Coarse, K-Ultra: 8.8°; J-Ultra: 310°)
- Water: 250-260 grams (92°C, 65°C)
- Brewing Ratio: 1:14
- Rinse the filter thoroughly with hot water.
- Start the timer and slowly pour 90 grams of water over 10 seconds.
- Stir 10 times right away to release the aroma.
- Wait until the timer reaches 1:00.
- At 1:00, continue pouring until you reach 150 grams.
- At 1:40, pour until you reach 250 grams, at 65°C.
- Complete the extraction by 2:20.
The total brewing duration should be between 2:00 and 2:20 minutes.

Within the EU, you can return any order* within 14 days (14-day cooling-off period) without providing a reason, and you will receive a full refund, inclusive of the shipping cost to an EU destination.
Beyond the initial 14 days, you may typically request a partial or potentially full refund. Our return policy spans 30 days, accounting for holidays. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases after 14-day cooling-off period.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
The seller will cover the cost of return postage only if the item is damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.
For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for returning the product at their expense.
