Batteries are consumable components and will naturally wear over time. To support safer long-term use, we offer compatible replacement batteries together with a charger that follows the manufacturer’s recommended charging specification.
The official manufacturer recommends using a 5V/1A charger that complies with safety standards. Please avoid chargers with fast-charging protocols or high output power, and always use the original USB cable to charge the grinder.

Compatible replacement batteries for selected Femobook grinders. Intended for cases where the original batteries have aged, weakened, or need replacement through normal use. For battery replacement, all three batteries must always be replaced together for safety reasons.

Please note that our shipping days are limited to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays which fall on Saturday and Sunday.
For orders placed outside of the European Union, the prices listed are exclusive of VAT. The Brexit Transition Period officially ended on December 31, 2020, resulting in new regulations governing sales between the United Kingdom and the European Union as of January 1, 2021. Returns
Within the EU, you can return any order* within 14 days (14-day cooling-off period) without providing a reason, and you will receive a full refund, inclusive of the shipping cost to an EU destination.
Beyond the initial 14 days, you may typically request a partial or potentially full refund. Our return policy spans 30 days, accounting for holidays. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases after 14-day cooling-off period.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
The seller will cover the cost of return postage only if the item is damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.
For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for returning the product at their expense.
Kindly note that certain goods, such as perishable items like food and coffee beans, are exempt from return.
We reserve the right to decline any requests for exchanges or returns.
