Why a Puck Screens?
They can help to buffer higher velocity water coming out of a group head dispersion screen, which has a tendency to erode the top of a puck and potentially induce channeling. The secondary water screen keeps coffee grounds and brewing head separated, maintaining a clean brewing head without residue concerns. With the secondary water screen, your coffee puck remains intact and undisturbed.

User Guide
- Load the portafilter with coffee grounds.
- Position the puck screens above the coffee grounds in the portafilter.
- Start extraction.
- Knock the extracted coffee puck into the waste bin.
- Retrieve the puck screens.
How to Clean?
Rinse under water immediately after use to clean. A follow-up with a steam wand spray helps remove finer particles from inside the mesh. A periodic soak with Cafiza or other coffee specific cleaner is highly effective at keeping them extra clean.
Occasional minor scratches, weld marks, hanging marks, or polishing traces resulting from the manufacturing process are normal and do not affect aesthetics or functionality. These are not quality issues. Your understanding is appreciated.

Returns
Within the EU, you can return any order* within 14 days (14-day cooling-off period) without providing a reason, and you will receive a full refund, inclusive of the shipping cost to an EU destination.
Beyond the initial 14 days, you may typically request a partial or potentially full refund. Our return policy spans 30 days, accounting for holidays. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases after 14-day cooling-off period.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
The seller will cover the cost of return postage only if the item is damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.
For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for returning the product at their expense.
