Care & Usage Information

Handling:

• The handle is the intended lifting and carrying point; the lid is not designed for carrying.
• Adding ice cubes directly to an empty server is not recommended.
• Vigorous shaking while ice is inside can increase the risk of glass damage.

Glass Components:

• Heat Resistance: Up to 150°C. The glass material is suitable for microwave use and dish drying at temperatures up to 150°C.
• Cleaning: Hand washing is recommended.
• Dishwasher cleaning and high-pressure bar cup washers/rinsers are not suitable for this product.

Silicone Components:

• Cleaning: Rinse with clean water, then wipe dry or air dry.
• Silicone parts are not suitable for microwave, dishwasher, or dish-dryer use.

Natural Characteristics of Glass

Due to the natural properties of glass and the high-temperature production process, small particles, fine lines, water-wave marks, mould-parting lines or other minor traces may occasionally be visible. These are natural production characteristics rather than defects.

Metal utensils can scratch the glass surface, and impact can damage the product.
