For a clean and aromatic coffee

This is a unique and pioneering product in the world!

Tailor-made for light roasted specialty coffee beans.

The inner surface is smooth without crepe, and the surface area to which the coffee powder adheres is reduced. Fruity fragrance can be extracted with the unique flow rate created by the inner smooth surface, and the crepe outer surface allows the coffee to flow smoothly through the filter paper to the server. The high density of the filter paper also removes impurities and prevents grounds getting through, ensuring a clean and aromatic coffee.

The filter paper helps perfectly extract the flavour of light roasted coffee beans. With the help of the density, thickness, and wrinkle of the filter paper, a unique flavour is extracted, and a cup of bright and aromatic coffee is ready to be tasted.

It is made from artificially planted forest areas. Made by 100% natural wood pulp raw material, without adding any fluorescent substance.

Great filters for lighter roasts

My daily driver. I'm not entirely sure how they do it, but they completely banish bitter, over-extracted flavours, even if you really try to over-extract!

High quality paper filters that easily brew a well extracted cup of coffee. With these filters I brew cups with full clarity, sweetness, pleasant acidity and balance. Excellent service from Kohiraifu.

Clean

These filters make brews which are clean and full of clarity. It's like you can feel the layer of coffee notes more clearly. They are fast, not as fast as the medium ones, but they don't clog. These are my preferred for high quality coffees.

Good paper

Good paper, but it stalled the flow a bit compared to regular hario V60 paper or the abaca paper. I would sooner order abaca again than the light roast as with abaca I feel that grinding finer will give a bit more flavour.
